Dishonored Definitive Edition Gameplay Walkthrough 4 Part -KJS
Ok, it's not a bad game at all, but it's not the Stealth-game I expected it to be. Having played the Thief series before, I would've prefered more focus on stealth. I tried crouching in the shadows, but there's no UI indication how well you're actually hidden. Enemies seem to have excelent vision, even in the dark. Going unnoticed is pretty hard, even on the easiest difficulty setting. Additionally the game gives you plenty of tools to take out enemies from afar, and melee combat is much more forgiving than what I had been used to playing the Thief series. You could say this game feels more like playing the Sniper Elite series where you usually take out enemies from afar rather than sneaking up to them and take them out silently. That doesn't make it a bad game, and I'm sure hard-core fans could go full stealth, but it's much more difficult and not that much encouraged.
