Elon Musk got this document leaked, posted it on X yesterday. Disney is dancing around legal terms to force their political aims. I could have taken the lazy approach of redefining "underrepresented group" to show how stupid the idea is, but I'd rather talk about how the mere existence proves management is herding useless cats.
