Build in Shaker
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Lime Juice
.25 oz. or 7 ml. Benedictine
2 oz. or 60 ml. Apple Jack
.5 oz or 15 ml. Simple Syrup
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Top with Passion Fruit Foam*
*Passion Fruit Foam:
In iSi Whipper:
Add about a cup of Passion Fruit Liqueur
1 bar spoon of Foam Magic
1 bar spoon of simple syrup
Use two chargers
Tempting Tigress:
Build in shaker
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice
1 bar spoon Tamarind Syrup
1 oz. or 30 ml. Allspice Dram (St. Elizabeth)
2 oz. or 60 ml. Bourbon
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass over ice
HTD Lapu Lapu:
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Orange Juice
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Pineapple Juice
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Rum (Plantation 5 year)
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Overproof Rum (Lemon Hart 151)
.75 oz or 22 ml. Simple Syrup
Few dashed of Tiki Bitters from Bittermen's
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass with partial open pour
Avocado Margarita:
Rim glass with salt and chili powder
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Citronge
2 dashes of Saline Solution
2 oz. or 60 ml. Avocado Infused Tequila*
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
*Avocado Infused Tequila:
In iSi Whipper
Add a few chunks of avocado
6 oz. or 240 ml. tequila
Use two charges
Thai Basil Fizz:
1 oz. or 30 ml. Thai Orgeat*
1 oz. or 30 ml. Thai Basil Syrup*
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice
3 oz. or 90 ml. Mekhong Whiskey
Carbonate in Drinkmate
Pour into glass over ice
*Thai Orgeat:
Peanuts
Peppers
Sugar
*Thai Basil Simple:
Basil
Mint
Sugar
