This video shows you how to display your FPS on PC for Ark Survival Evolved. To do so
1) bring up the command line by hitting TAB.
2) type "stat fps" and hit enter

There should be a display of your fps towards the upper right-hand corner of your screen. To turn the fps display off simply do steps 1 and 2 again.

To set a limit on your fps type t.maxfps 60. In this case, the highest fps allowed will be 60, but you can replace that with whatever framerate you want.
