Odoo sales support the POS order line with tax-included price and tax excluded price. The tax included price will add the tax with the product price and it will show the total amount. This means the shown amount is the tax applied amount.

Tax excluded means the tax will not add to the product price. In the POS order, we can see that tax in the order lines. But the shown amount is the price of the product. Taxes are applied on finally with the subtotal.
