This year, I've uploaded a lot of DVGMs that would qualify as "dark ambience". Of those kind of uploads, this one's probably the darkest of the lot and by far the most unsettling. It sounds like it's practically devoid of life with its droning tone... until those screeches come in. Maybe it's just me, but those noises sound like people being tortured or worse. Overall, this piece just leaves me with an icky feeling.
