Video Summary :
We iterate through the string in steps of size k, extracting substrings of length k (or less for the last group). If the final group has fewer than k characters, we append the fill character to complete it.
Each group is added to a result vector, which is returned at the end. This ensures all groups are of equal length and reconstructing them (ignoring the fill) gives the original string.
