Video Summary :
This solution tracks north/south and east/west movements separately to calculate vertical and horizontal distances. At each step, it tries to cancel out opposing directions using available k changes to maximize Manhattan distance. The intuition is to convert "wasted" moves (opposite directions) into helpful ones, gaining up to +2 distance per change, and taking the best possible distance seen so far.
