Okay so it turns out once you start getting abilities and equipment, the battles are way less nail-biting. We've been stomping on everyone since we got out of prison, and it feels nice! We also move things forward a little bit by meeting a weird priest woman, saving a mustachioed knight, getting our source back, and going into a cave that was nowhere near where we were told it was.
