Divinity Original Sin Stream 13 - Steve & Marcus find the secrets of the Cultists and misc quests!
0We start our series with Steve and Marcus! Steve is the legendary zombie necromancer who helps the Source Hunters by taking out Source in the name of justice! For Marcus, he is to Steve a sentient familiar, a zombie built to be a warmonger and handle the brunt of fights for Steve when his summons cannot do the same! Will their legend pierce the skies or will their fate be left to the shadows?!
For this stream, we finish off our involvement in the cavern that we left off previously, but instead of progressing further, I chose to hold off for now in favor of completing quest objectives and earning massive amounts of experience. As a result we explored many areas, scouring the map and cleansing all that dare stand against us, ranging from Trolls, Goblins, Spiders and many other creatures. But the biggest thing is that we were able to obtain Blood Stones that did not purify despite our actions. In general this could be considered a good act, but I was really just saving them for a rainy day unless we found someone else deserving of the stone. There was also a sudden declaration that the destruction of our home was coming, but I sought to ignore that quest for a time in favor of dealing with the Tenebrium Mine. What I did not realize was the crazy amount of Goblins that were defending the way, making my job infinitely harder to accomplish. Will we be able to cleanse the mines of Goblins and possibly Immaculates who seem to be utilizing the weapons themselves? Or will we crumble? Next stream will surely tell you the answers!
