I'll do my best to write it up.
Stack head shot / AR / bonus armor as much as possible.
Use brand sets that give +AR damage / headshot damage.
Use unstoppable Force on chest with hard hitting on everything and patience on knees.
Use sharpshooter specialist. Headshot damage faster reloads.
Use chatterbox in offhand.
Use flame turret / chem launcher for heals.
Use + accuracy and + rounds mods on AR with ranger perk.
Use armored / hard hitting on back pack.
The sets you want : Richter & Kaiser (mask) , Airaldi Holdings (holster & Gloves) Fenris Group (chest) 5.11 tactical (back pack in reality you can put any piece here that you prefer that also has good roles)
End stats:
19.4k damage AR
92% headshot damage
27% ar damage
9% all weapons damage
244k armour
