DIY Airbus autopilot (FCU) part 1 - Data output from sim to Arduino 1602 screens (progress only)
Greetings to all (except rusians), today I will show you the progress of work on the autopilot for Airbus. This time without codes, because this is still a project in progress and besides, if everything goes well, I plan to sell home-made joysticks later due to lack of own funds.
But I'm adding a link to the video of the developer of the "Bits and Droids connector" program, where he tells how to add custom outputs to his connector, thanks to which information can be output from the simulator in any way and on anything (not only to 1602,2004 and max7219 like in mobiflight connector). In my opinion, more complex projects (like this one) are more convenient to do on a "clean" arduino and with the Bits and Droids library than using Mobiflight.
I will slowly post such small videos with "progress" and links to resources on how to do it. Although this is not a complete guide from me, like my other 30 previous videos about DIY joysticks, I think it is still useful, at least in terms of demonstrating the capabilities of the Bits and Droids program and library.
