DIY designer lamp - Tutorial
Here's how I built a robot-shaped lamp step by step, which would look great in the
home of every maker!
I took inspiration from a post I saw by chance on Instagram a few months ago and decided to create my own personalized lamp in the shape of Johnny 5, the robot from Corto Circuito :)
Why build a DIY lamp?
Convenience: with recycled materials you can save a lot of money compared to a lamp that can be purchased in shops;
Customization: with imagination and using recycled wood you can create unique design objects that do not exist on the market;
Fun: by building DIY objects you learn new techniques, in this case woodworking.
