In order to find the sawblade blueprint you need to collect a few posters scattered around Villedor. After collecting the first one you should be able to collect the rest in any order. You will want this blueprint as it deals massive damage and can be very effective when farming, especially if you are trying to get the new exotics weapons after the hotfix patched the old exploit.
