2Remove 120FPS limit first:
-Open the game and set FPS limit to 120FPS then exit game (This will create a save file)
-Go to C:\Users\"User name"\AppData\Local\CharacterInteraction\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
-Open GameuserSettings.ini using notepad
-Change FrameRateLimit=120.000000 to FrameRateLimit=360.000000
-Save and exit notepad

-Set resolution to 3840x2160
-Set resolution scale to 77% (FSR ultra quality)
NOTES:
-Changing any other settings other than resolution scale and resolution will dafault FrameRateLimit back to 120FPS
