This is the PS4 version of Ninja Theory's 2013 Devil May Cry reboot, DmC Devil May Cry.

Classic series Devil May Cry had never really clicked with me, but when I first played the Xbox 360 version of DmC after randomly taking it out on rental I fell in love with it. It's some good, dumb slashy slashy fun even a complete casual like myself can enjoy - so naturally now I've got myself a PS4 I picked up the shiny HD-ier port.

I'm playing this run with Turbo mode enabled, a new feature in the Definitive Edition which speeds up the gameplay by 20%.

The Definitive Edition has a handful of other updates as well - it runs at 60fps (about bloody time), has rebalanced some of the combat and has a new lock-on system that shows the health bar of your enemies. Said lock-on is particularly satisfying when you unlock the Trillion Stabs upgrade for the Rebellion...
