At this point, "glitches and observations" basically means mechanics glitches or something else that is better covered outside level-specific glitch videos.

I: a funny way to glitch up Rainstorm I first saw in a video by "Kida Roosevelt" at Nicovideo (name translated using Google Translate, so...). It is done by releasing a charge shot right as you start Rainstorm. This way Dante won't shoot downwards from his hands - he shoots upwards from his crotch. "Upwards Crotch Bulletstorm". I don't think anyone can claim at this point that new Dante has an unoriginal and stale movelist.

II: demonstrating aerial break-outs using Stomp (v2). You basically interrupt Stomp with a jump, then do another aerial move quickly to have it become animation-less.

III: a strange glitch where I was able to access the Divinity Statue menu extremely far away from a Divinity Statue. I was in M13 and flew to the Hasty Acquisition secret mission map. Accessing the item menu, I was suddenly in Divinity Statue menu. You know when this glitch has started when the item menu says "Buy and Use" at the lower corner - it never says that outside shop.

I wish I knew how this glitch starts and if it can be reproduced at will. If it could, then you could access training room at will, potentially screwing up many sequences in the game... giving you access Divinity Statue infinity jump wherever you want... buying and using items at wrong times...

IV: showing DT / Stomp infinite jump. It's surprisingly fast to rise, but still not as fast as the best infinite jumps, so there isn't that much reason to use this. Unless you like the sound it makes.

V: showing DT / Drop infinite jump. If you do Drop against certain types of walls, Dante will latch onto the wall and rise upwards for a moment before falling down. If you interrupt the Drop with DT and repeat, Dante will rise up in air. A very specialized technique, but interesting to know it can be done.

VI: in the final boss fight, by infinite jumping up to the top, you can have the boss teleport on the roof of the fight arena.

VII: some previously lost footage of the indestructible chairs of Under Watch. Doing Stomp (or Uppercut?) with a correct timing causes Dante to do silly hops instead.

VIII: curious of what will happen if you access training room from main menu and die and then choose to continue the game? Where will the game deposit you? Well, don't be curious, because the answer isn't all that interesting. The game loads some glitchy checkpoint which throws you back into training room but with all visuals missing. You are softlocked and have to retry.

IX: infinite jumping and doing other things outside the training room dome. The screen will start shaking in an odd way when directly under the dome. Looks surreal.
