Virtualization must be enabled in your PC's BIOS, otherwise Docker Desktop cannot be properly executed. You can find a note regarding this at the end.

Rename the File docker-compose.sqlite-tika.yml in:
docker-compose.yml

Under Volumes, the entries are changed to:
C:\Users\[Nutzer]\Documents\Docker\paperless\data:/usr/src/paperless/data
C:\Users\[Nutzer]\Documents\Docker\paperless\media:/usr/src/paperless/media
C:\Users\[Nutzer]\Documents\Docker\paperless\export:/usr/src/paperless/export
C:\Users\[Nutzer]\Documents\Docker\paperless\consume:/usr/src/paperless/consume

In this example, you need to replace "[User]" with your username without the square brackets.

Change Directory in Powershell:
cd C:\Users\[Nutzer]\Documents\Docker\paperless

Install Paperless:
docker-compose pull

Create Superuser and set Default settings:
docker-compose run --rm webserver createsuperuser

After entering your user data, which you also need for the initial login to the Paperless NGX database:
docker-compose up -d

Website by default available under:
http://localhost:8000/dashboard

Create Backup:
docker-compose exec webserver document_exporter ../export/

Import Backup:
docker-compose exec webserver document_importer ../export/
