Do International Treasure Hunts Have The Writing Behind The Car?

Do International Hot Wheels Treasure Hunts have the writing behind the car? On USA packages, it shows the circle-flame logo and states, "This symbol on the vehicle let's you know it is hard to find and highly collectable." I open up a world-wide international long card and a USA long card to show you the answer.
While international packages will have multiple languages, sometimes there are other differences as well. In the USA, track cars will say "Great for Track" in the upper left-hand corner. On International packs, it says "Track Stars". USA also gets the case code on the hang-tag and international does not. It is important to know that the circle-flame logo made it's appearance on cars and packages several years before it was officially the basic Treasure Hunt symbol.
Just because you have something with the circle-flame logo doesn't necessarily mean that it is a Treasure Hunt. That only applies to certain releases from 2013 through 2015.
