SK Hynix said they tested the DDR5 RAM 16GB development. So you will thinking what is DDR5 DRAM ? First I want to tell you the DRAM is Dynamic random access memory which is use in the PC such as a Desktop and Laptop.
Also the DDR5 RAM will be build on the 7nm where the DDR3 and DDR 4 is build on the 28nm.

I am very much excited for the upcoming DDR5 RAM.
DDR5 RAM will be running 5200MHz. I will be telling you not buy the DDR4 RAM now and wait for the DDR5 RAM.
DDR 5 RAM is coming in 2020 and it will run on the 1.1V vs 1.2V on the DDR4 RAM.
So the DDR5 Voltage will have 30% less power comsumtion compare to the current DD4 RAM.
