It's always worth making a clean backup of your laptop or PC. You can do this for free with Macrium Reflect (version 8 at the time of making this video). You will need a USB flash drive, minimum 1GB to create the rescue media (boot drive) and ideally an external Hard Drive or SSD to backup your Laptop or PC Image to.
