Welcome Traveler. Nivelles buffs make him a little more stronger than he is in JP right now! -- if it weren't for his exclusive skills which have not been implemented in the game right now. If more units get added into the game without those skills I don't really know if a 10% buff or making an ultimate stronger is making up for the justification to pull sadly.
