Happy 40th Birthday to James Sinclair, the brilliant puzzle maker and today's sudoku, Bag Of Tricks! As you might expect, this is a clever and interesting one which explores how well we know some of the basics of variant sudoku.

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits cannot repeat on the indicated diagonal. Cages show their sums. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow’s circle. Purple lines contain a set of consecutive, non-repeating digits. These digits can appear in any order. Digits in cells with a shaded square must be even.
