So D'Avekki Studios in their infinite wisdom decided to do a livestream of Doctor Dekker, with a new patient called Eve on their Twitch (www.twitch.tv/davekki). This took place before the events of the game 'The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker'. It was livestreamed on March 14th 2019. There were 3 possible endings, when we "played" we got the 'Bad Ending' so here is the 'Good Ending' and the 'WTF Ending'.
The actual game is on Steam:

An experimental live action prequel to The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker, can you help Eve overcome her fears or is there something more sinister lurking underneath...
Doctor Dekker LIVE invites you to play a psychiatrist again trying to help Eve, a new weird and wonderful patient from the Doctor Dekker universe. Your goal is to diagnose Eve's psychosis and fix it in a single session! This time there is no text parser. This time you will type questions into the chat window and the patient will respond on camera, LIVE!
We don't think this has ever been done before - an interactive live action FMV broadcast. Whilst there will be some framework (like Eve’s ailments) and a few pre-recorded segments, the rest of the session will be freeform and will require some awesome acting and ad-lib skills (so easy with the heckling please ;-) You, as the player/viewer, can ask whatever you want. The patient won't be able to respond to all questions but will pick the ones they feel they can answer best.
"The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker" (TIMODD) is a live action FMV computer game where you play the role of a psychiatrist trying to solve a murder whilst helping patients (who are also suspects) with their ailments. It won a Guinness World Record for the longest amount of full motion video (FMV) in a videogame and was a critical success on PC, Playstation 4, Xbox One and the Nintendo Switch.
