45Your Myers Briggs personality type is not the end-all assessment of everything in your life. That being said, it is a very good map to use when you're looking to understand your strengths and weaknesses. And because of that, your personality type should tell you what you will be good at - or at least hints of the direction to follow.
Like any other skill, you'll still have to learn how to do it, but you might get some bonuses to proficiency on it.
