DOING THE MURPH WORKOUT ๐ช๐ช๐บ๐ธ๐บ๐ธ (Murph Challenge / Murph Crossfit)
It's Memorial Day, which means one thing: The Murph Challenge. The Memorial Day Murph Workout is a super difficult bodyweight workout that truly hits every body part...making it super difficult. It originally was created by Lt. Michael P. Murphy, which he called body armor, and after he passed it was renamed to the Murph. It gained a lot of popularity as the Murph Crossfit Workout, but now it's done by people all over in honor of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice
NOTE: The Crossfit Murph Workout is usually done with a 20lb weighted vest. Unfortunately I don't have one, so I just did this workout with my bodyweight
