Donkey Kong Country 3 Cheat Codes
475Donkey Kong Country 3 has a lot of really cool cheats. Some of the are just for show and change the appearance of certain things withing the game, although there are some codes that can give you free items and even allow you to instantly obtain all of the Bonus Coins! If you want to enter a cheat, all that you need to do is select the file that you want the cheat code to be entered into, and then press L R R L R R L R L R. After that, enter any of the cheats from the list below, it is also possible to use more than one cheat at a time:
ASAVE - The game will automatically save after each level
LIVES - Start or Continue the game with 50 lives
MERRY - Bonus games will become Christmas themed! The music will have a holiday vibe to it, the Stars will turn into Bells, and the Green bananas will become Blue Presents.
MUSIC - Enables the Sound Test mode where you can freely listen to any of the game's music.
COLOR - Dixie's outfit will change from pink to purple and Kiddy's will change from blue to green
HARDR - This will remove all of the Midway barrels from levels when you start a new game
TUFST - This will remove all of the Midway barrels and DK barrels from levels when you start a new game. Beating thing mode (with all items and getting the true ending) will get you 105% instead of 103%
ERASE - This will erase the time record for Riverside Race.
WATER - This cheat code will allow you to instantly obtain all of the Bonus Coins at any point in the game. After the cheat is entered, you must swim into the waterfall that is to the west of Bazaar's General Store (you cannot be in a boat or it will not work). Once at the waterfall, you will enter a Crystal memory game that you would usually get when trying to free a Banana Bird. If you complete the minigame correctly, you will be rewarded with all of the Bonus Coins. be careful though, as if you fail the minigame you won't be able to try again!
