Go to Millstone Mayhem. To do this, you need Diddy Kong. Make one of the three Krushas in the beginning follow you to the ramp in the beginning of the stage. Bounce on the tire to the left platform and wait for the Krusha to go by the ramp. Go down and jump on the Kludge endlessly while holding Left. For the Hat Glitch, go to any bonus level with a ramp and lose at it while on a ramp.
