Donkey Kong Country playthrough Level 5: Kremkroc Industries Inc. Bonus Rooms
3Yeah,I barely knew where any of the Bonus Rooms/Barrels were at this point. But to be quite frank,some of these you never would have guessed where they were. Went to find them in Oil Drum Alley,Trick,Track,Trek,Elevator Antics,Mine Cart Madness,and Blackout Basement. You need TNT Barrels for the Bonus Rooms in Oil Drum Alley. One of the bonus rooms actually has a 2nd bonus room hidden in it,very sneaky. You need to get a single banana as the reward from it to make a barrel appear,then break the right wall with it to find the secret room. One Bonus Barrel is hidden behind a Manky Kong at the end of Trick Track Trek. Elevator Antics has a hidden room in an area with 3 Zingers and ropes,you need to jump into the ceiling to reach it. The other one there is hidden at the end of the stage on the descending elevator. Mine Cart Madness has a hard to find barrel after the K. Jump up to reach the rope,then after the first row of bananas,jump up immediately to get in it. It may take several tries to nail that one right. The other 2 here shouldn't be too hard to reach. Blackout Basement's are after the checkpoint,one is down a falling platform with a banana beneath it. The other is near the end of the stage,toss a metal barrel and ride it down the path and you should make it safely to the bonus room. Took me many tries to get these right. Phew,level complete.
