Yep, that's right! I'm not done yet!
The 3DS Version of this game houses 8 exclusive levels to Time-Attack, so it's time to do just that.

For the most part this level isn't too bad, but it's finicky. There's a really hard potential skip at ~20s IGT that I opted to not go for because it's super tight. You barely move the platform and wedge yourself on top of the big pillar that moves down, and then do a roll jump and hover into the next barrel.

It's still quite hard without that too. There's a million things you can easily hit yourself on by accident because of strange hitboxes, and there's a bunch of enemy bounces that just refuse to work sometimes. I could probably get a 1:16 with these strats if I wanted to, but I got burnt out on this after a while.
