I feel like I didn't convey what I was trying to say super well with this video but nonetheless it's an important step forward

post-uploading note: I feel like it's worth mentioning the possibility that queerness is just something that's inherently more linked to the way a person expresses themselves than gayness but even if that is the case I feel like my point about not having to feel ashamed about who you are still stands
