You've found a bug.
Before you go off on social media, consider this:
Chances are, QA FOUND that bug during testing and it didn't get fixed for some OTHER reason.

QA (or QV as is now sometimes called) can be a thankless job and they aren't always well treated in the videogame industry even though they are critical to game development.
So before YOU start your rants, consider the other possibilities.

Its likely not their fault, don't blame QA.
