Credit to OneSmash for telling me about this on Twitter. If you jab lock and pratfall with the same move/at the same time, then the opponent is able to act out of it right away (this is shown in the first clip).
To get around this, jab lock with a move that won't push them off the platform, then pratfall once they get up (shown in the second clip).
