These are pretty impractical, but at least they look cool.
You can DI backwards to escape the Fair lock.
This only works on specific characters. UNFT | Qwinn lists off these characters in his video (https://youtu.be/hMIo3H-bFT4) which also has these combos: Game and Watch, Zelda, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, Toon Link, Samus, Marth/Lucina, Kirby, Dedede, Zard, Lucario, Jigglypuff, Ness, Mewtwo, Lucas, Villager, and Olimar.
Footstool itself is not very easy to do.
Opponent mashed airdodge in the last clip so I'm assuming it's guaranteed, but I didn't do that for any of the other clips. As my other video on Utilt Footstool showed, however, the opponent can't use quick moves to get out of Utilt Footstool, as long as you land the back hitbox.
