Hello all these are mods for pc version of Fallout 4. The MAIM is a mod that I recently added and it makes the game much more serious. Its one of the best mods for survival hardcore.
There are serious injuries you can experience like bleed head aches and blurred vision. It can all be adjusted with the MCM ^^
