I genuinely don’t understand this. How can Brave Escape, which is, no joke, one of the best co-op games I have ever played, only have 57 reviews on Steam? Y’all we need to get the word out about this game.

I don’t even know how many different co-op games I’ve shared over the years, but I’m telling you, this one is special.

One player is a robot named Floyd – he can boost the other player, Colin, up to hard to reach areas – and Colin can drop a rope down to Floyd.

It’s a simple concept, but the genius lies in the game’s level design. I don’t know that I’ve ever played a game with more clever and creative platforming.

But I won’t lie to you, Brave Escape is very challenging.

My buddy and I died over 4000 times before finishing the game, but the fact that we kept playing should tell you how deeply satisfying it is.

It’s like the Dark Souls of platformers, but unlike Dark Souls, this game also has a casual mode.

My wife and I tried it, and it was perfect for her – you really don’t have to be a sweaty try-hard to enjoy this.

Seriously, If you take one co-op game recommendation from me this year, make it this one. I know that indie games like Brave Escape often get overlooked, but let’s not let it happen this time.
