Io Spirits is bugged in Ability Draft. All you want to do is place them in slot before the spell you want to break. In this case place them before Unstable Concoction. After it you have to charge the stun and use spirits. Die while spirit are still flying around you and stun is charging. After respawning you'll get the infinite Alchemist stun without any cooldown. Io spirits can break a lot more spells (Leap, Tiny tree, Liquid Fire etc.)
