Io Spirits is bugged in Ability Draft. All you want to do is place them in slot before the spell you want to break. In this case place them before Chakram. After using spirits once you'll see new ability in the pannel. Save one lvl up pointfor that skill and use it at lvl 2. Profit! Io spirits can break a lot more spells (Leap, Tiny tree, Alch stun etc.)
