Dooley Is Overpowered In The Bazaar...
2I actually couldn't find an Icicle at all this run but somehow ended up with 3 Legendary items.
Unfortunately Singularity and Tiny Cutlass are trash but if you get Soul of the District you just instantly win the game. The hard part is actually killing the Awakened District. He's easier than the Lich but is still impossible to beat with most builds because he also has the Soul of the District..
Isochoric Freezer needs some serious nerfs though. That Vanessa build with Fiery Rebirth was pretty bonkers but Freeze Dooley is just too broken. Dooley isn't quite as explosive as Vanessa or Pyg but he can freezelock them while setting up his own infinitely scaling shield then oneshot, burn, or break the opponents board with Dinosaurs.. I consistently get 10 wins in ranked with him.
