I thought of waiting some more days to up this map, but Im close to lose patience for map23, after a very good attempt miserably ended in dying very close to the exit.. so no need to wait long for that either I guess

Map 22 is a very long and tricky level, which has enough ammo to let the player decide the route and his own style of playing without too many restrictions.
The hardest parts in here are for sure around minute 5, and the ending areas, which lacks BADLY in medikits for very long.
I decided to take right away the bfg and then I tried to use it everywhere it was worth time-wise. I first wanted to reach something around 17minutes, then i kept trying to see if it was improvable enough still, but there are a lot of rooms where you've to be also very lucky. In this video i still failed a bit every now and then, like the archviles shoots, but at least those mistakes didn't cost too much time :)

I thought of leaving some monsters behind to kill them regrouped later in the run, but in few cases this wasnt possible: for example it's best to wipe all monsters (min 2:50 and before) because otherwise the door which is closing behind you there, will shut down by monsters and wont be re-opened by the switch at minute 6. Time could be improved by a more precise use of cells&rockets, since ive still plenty when reaching the exit
