Great map! After a very claustrophobic starting without armour with pinkies everywhere behind those crates, things starts to look better only because of the plasma and rockets, but no really anything to be be relaxed about
i took the first green armour after a bit, which almost got me killed, but it went fine. If you want to risk less, go straight to that and the rockets instead.
In the bluekey area, I had left some pinkies in the first rush there, causing those to be hidden/trapped the second time i returned there and making me slower in the end. I advice to clear most of them asap, as you enter that room. The cells and rockets are spread nicely in the map, but since there are several places you may prefer to use those and speed up the run, the map can be very entertaining, and easy or hard according to where you save or use the best weapons you've got.
My goal was to stay under 8minutes! After my first 8:20 i got this 7 and half, which satisfied me. the DSDA record here was 08:55 by Tomas Kollar. A better time can be possible limiting the few mistakes with the rockets I've done, and with a slight route change i thought of, right after i started to record the run; I'm gonna keep this for myself in case I've to speedrun this map again tho ;p
