"Dropping down into one secret area at the beginning softlocks you from the rest of the map, and you're forced to exit the level. A lot of the map is kinda cramped, and there is also some stupid secret goose chase where you have to backtrack a bunch, only to be softlocked because you can't open a door behind a walking linedef. There were also two enemies that didn't teleport in for some reason, fix your god dang monster spawners."
