DOOM 2 ETERNAL OFFICIAL First Gameplay Demo 2018
Bethesda revealed a new DOOM Eternal trailer at QuakeCon 2018 today.
To make the announcement, the game's creative director Hugo Martin and game director Marty Stratton took to the stage to thank QuakeCon attendees for coming - and to show off the new trailer.
"Killing badass demons with big guns in unbelievable places is where we start," notes Stratton.
"DOOM GUY is the most powerful he's ever been," continues Martin.
DOOM GUY now has a Super Shotgun - with a meat hook attached - and a new blade on his arm, to make ripping and tearing even more satisfying an experience in the game.
Old enemies have been updated for the game, and new ones have been added - including something that looks a bit like a Slayer... interesting. The development team has made the demons even more destructible this time around, so tearing them apart feels even better for the player.
And of course, that fantastic Mick Gordon soundtrack keeps you going as you blast through the game.
One of the main features showed off in the title is that you can take control of demons and invade other people's campaign missions - a perfectly suitable feature for such an intense game.
