I tried to use the same route as UV-Max but reaching the end before 30s is very hard. I was able to reach it once and the cacos killed me as soon as I teleported :|
So I decided to change the route:
I let a pinkie infight a caco and I shoot the caco, so he won't attack the pinkie.
Parkour!
Block the door.
Kill all the pinkies without wasting too much ammo.
Teleport and kill the remaining caco. Even with fast monsters, one caco can be deadly but it's definitely easier than two cacos.
Drop down and clean up.
I could have let the pinkie kill the last imp for me instead of using the pistol, but I only thought about this after the run.
