Found a fairly consistent route I think. Basically in the beginning you run straight to the blue armor, this does 2 things: Firstly, you'd be doing something useful with the time waiting for the shotgunner to get out of the way, and lastly the shotgunner will also be more likely to pathfind out of the way.

After getting out of the first room, you activate the walking lift linedef and wait a bit near the corner before the zombieman can see and shoot you, then run to the lift before it goes up and collecting the medkit on it. You can save the medkit for in case on of the zombies shoot you in the back if you really want full health, but that's usually not an issue.

After doing the blue key skip jump, SR40 a bit to your right of the window you jumped into, it seems to make the shotgunner more likely to move out of the way and also not block you on the way out after you press the switch past the chaingunner.

That's pretty much it lol, everything else is RNG and/or textbook after the chaingunner-adjacent switch. It's 0.3-ish seconds slower, it might've costed me a 27 maybe but it's less RNG. Not sure if it's worth it though lol
