I'm surprised I didn't think of this while working on my full game run, but oh well. I bypass the switch to lower the blue key entirely, and instead use an Imp to jump up to it. I still go for the super shotgun, because of the convenient insta-kill on the Pinky at the end. I attempted to get lucky and run past him quite a few times with no luck, so I stuck with my 19 second run. I could probably get a crisp 18 second run, but I'm pleased with 19 seconds.
