Difficult but fun. I was annoying with no armor and an arch-vile in the start point, but I found a easy way to kill the arch-vile. Basically, this is luck based.

Do you know "Fast monsters"? Fast monsters is a setting which makes monsters more aggressive which is the same as Nightmare! Of course, it is much more difficult than original Ultra-Violence.
