Comments:
On my first plays of this map, usually taking it piece by piece, I could never break 5 minutes! So quickly I found two route changes that would increase my times significantly. The first was right at the start, grabbing the red key before firing, as to not wake the arch-vile, and going back upstairs ASAP. This allowed some infighting down stairs and helped a little on speed. I could also get the monsters behind the red door active, and have them move out of the way for phase two.

That would then be starting a large infight outdoors, and taking advantage of the spider mastermind freeze glitch. If a monster gets into melee distance while she is firing, she will be rendered immobile and unable to attack. Allowing me to watch as she is clawed to death quickly, and I finish off the hell knight. That probably saved a good minute and 15 seconds.

With good luck, this might be doable in less than 3 minutes.
