If you holo swap from fully mastered ssg to another weapon while not at full ammo and you don't shoot or swap it fast enough, the slayer starts reloading shells but on the wrong weapon (works even with the BFG...). With most of them it ends after a second or so, but with the combat shotgun and rocket launcher you get stuck in an endless animation. You can come out of it by using alternate fire or simply by switching weapon again, and you probably could just hold primary fire while holo swapping to avoid the bug entirely.
