Doom 3 Resurrection of Evil Full Playthrough No Commentary
3A year after the launch of Doom 3, the game saw the release of the expansion "Resurrection of Evil" which continued from where the base game left off. Malcolm Betruger has turned into some kind of demonic skeleton bat and you and your team of Marines accidentally unleash the armies of Hell on Mars again. You have an artifact that needs to be taken back to Hell so that the demons can have no way of ever coming back again. Doom 3 Resurrection of Evil is a really unique game and after playing through it (twice for this particular video) I have to say that I really enjoyed it. The areas you go to throughout the game's narrative are really interesting because, while they aren't necessarily as expansive as the different places you travel to in the base game, the compact nature of the levels and their overall continuity with each other and the ability to see the places you will be going to in the next 1 or 2 levels while in transit really help to give an immersive feel akin to Half-Life. Really cool stuff.
